Terms Of Use
- Qantas Frequent Flowers will only accept Qantas Telstra Visa, Mastercard, Visa, Amex and Diners cards for payment of all orders. All prices are quoted in Australian Dollars (AUD).
- Qantas Frequent Flowers orders will not be dispatched unless credit card authorisation has been obtained.
- If you choose Flowers All Year, your upfront payment is non-refundable, unless the goods are not as ordered. If you choose weekly, fortnightly or monthly delivery, payment will be debited from your nominated credit card at the time of delivery.
- In the event that Qantas Frequent Flowers is unable to deliver, we will inform the customer and attempt to re-deliver on the following business day.
- By completing your details on the order form, you consent to Qantas Airways Limited ( including its related entities, agents and contractors acting on its behalf )
- using that information: to fulfil your order.
- to offer and provide to you benefits available from time to time.
- for research and marketing of Qantas, oneworld and partner products and services.
- You can access your personal information and correct it at any time.

- Unless otherwise stated, current members of the Qantas Frequent Flyer program will earn five Frequent Flyer point for each dollar spent on products purchased through Qantas Frequent Flowers.
- Qantas Frequent Flyer points will be allocated to the Frequent Flyer member's account up to 2 weeks after Qantas has been notified that the full purchase price for the relevant products has been paid.

Qantas Frequent Flyer points
Unless otherwise stated, current members of the Qantas Frequent Flyer program will earn five Frequent Flyer points for each dollar spent on products purchased through Qantas Frequent Flowers. The Frequent Flyer points will be allocated to the Frequent Flyer member's account after Qantas has been notified that the full purchase price for the relevant products has been paid and can take up to 2 weeks to be processed. Delivery Information
For Delivery Areas, once you have selected a product, enter the delivery postcode or suburb in the appropriate field to determine if Qantas Frequent Flowers can deliver to that area – In the case that the order is accepted and Qantas Frequent Flowers is unable to deliver to the requested area, our customer service will contact you to re-arrange an alternative delivery.
We charge an $15 delivery fee to most major metro areas in Australia – If the requested delivery address is more than fifty Kilometres away from our closest point of dispatch, an additional fee may be charged – You will be contacted by our customer service department if this is the case. We do not offer International flower orders.
All online orders must be placed by 12pm for same day delivery. For special orders after 12pm for same day delivery, call customer care on 1300 555 747 to find out availabity. Deliveries will be made Monday to Friday.
No deliveries are available on weekends (except on Valentine's Day & Mother's Day) and public holidays. We can not guarantee specific delivery times (especially during peak periods such as Mothers Day or Valentines Day). If you require a specific delivery time (out of peak periods such as Mothers Day or Valentines Day), please write it in the "delivery instructions" or indicate it to one of our operators. We will do our best to deliver it on time and if the delivery requires a VIP courier it will be at the customer's expense.
If you have placed an order and you require to change the delivery address, you may incur an additional delivery charge, one of our operators will inform you about the amount to be charged and if it is possible to re-direct the order on the same day.
When delivering your flowers, if the recipient is unreachable and there is a "secure" place to leave the flowers, we will do our best to contact you and let you know about the decision of leaving the flowers in the "secure" spot and the specific place. If there is not a secure place, our couriers will return the flowers to the point of dispatch and you will be contacted for an alternative delivery address or alternative delivery date. This may incur in an additional charge. In the event that Qantas Frequent Flowers is unable to deliver, we will inform the customer ASAP and attempt to re-deliver on the following business day.
Cancellations: If you decide to cancel your order with a minimum of 48 hours prior the requested delivery date, we will process a credit note for the same $ amount of your purchase. The credit can be use at a later occasion (without any expiry date). NO cancellations will be permitted within 48 hours of requested delivery. If the flowers have been arranged and are in the process of being delivered, we cannot issue you a credit note and the flowers will be delivered according to your instructions (please refer to the previous delivery instructions).
Prices: All prices are quoted in Australian Dollars (AUD).Prices include GST, gift box or wrapping and gift card. Flowers presentations and images are due to seasonal availability, particular flowers displayed in the images, may not be available at the moment of your purchase and it can cause a slight variation on the appearance of the final product. If so, our skilled florists will substitute the unavailable product for one of similar value and appearance, to give you the best possible service and result.
