Qantas Frequent Flowers Help

Welcome to Qantas Frequent Flowers. In the help section contains details on how to navigate the site and order products online.

Step 1

Locate products by using either the horizontal navigation menu above, or the flower finder shortcut options to the left.

Step 2

Results or sub-menu options will appear. To select a product simply click on the product image. Information will appear on the selected product to proceed to purchase it simply click on the 'Order Now' button.

Step 3

Select the product attributes/features you require such as size, colour etc, then click on the 'Next' button.

Step 4

Agree to the terms and conditions, and complete your purchase by filling in and submitting the resulting forms.
When the processing is complete you will receive a confirmation message that your order has been processed.
