For Delivery Areas, type the delivery postcode in the field on the home page, to determine if Qantas Frequent Flowers can deliver to that area.

All online orders must be placed by 12pm for same day delivery. For special orders, call customer care on 1300 555 747. Deliveries will be made Monday to Friday.

No deliveries are available on weekends (except on Mothers Day) and public holidays. We cannot guarantee specific delivery times. If you require a specific delivery time, please write it in the “delivery instructions” or indicate it to one of our operators. We will do our best to deliver it on time and if the delivery requires a VIP courier it will be at the customers expense. You will be contacted if this is the case.

If you have placed an order and you require to change the delivery address, you may incur an additional delivery charge, one of our operators will inform you about the amount to be charged and if it is possible to re-direct the order.

In the event that Qantas Frequent Flowers is unable to deliver, we will inform the customer ASAP and attempt to re-deliver on the following business day.
